Its recipes are both well-explained and easy to follow, and the text is accompanied by beautiful illustrations and pictures of the ingreidents, as well as the finished dishes. I found this book contained all the necessary details to guide me confidently on my journey. It does far more explain what to do; it also explains why. This understanding gave me as the cook, the ability to adapt, when necessary. The final products taste grate, and the experience leaves me feeling like a true Thai chef.
